2014, I'm coming for ya.

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY!

2014...man..doesn't that sound weird? Is it me or did 2013 completely fly by. I find myself saying that a lot now. It kind of scares me how fast everything is happening nowadays. Its like...CAN I JUST HAVE A MINUTE TO ENJOY IT! slow down life, slow the f*ck down.

So as I sit here and write this post and reflect upon this past year I can't help but get a tad bit emotional. Lets review, shall we?

I made some new friends. I had my last basketball season of highschool. I graduated highschool. I worked with the Autism Project. I got into a great college. I had my heart broken. I turned 18. I became closer with my family. I met someone who makes me smile everyday. I lost members of my family. I started my youtube. I started a blog. I lost friends. I realized more about myself this past year than I ever have before. (and so on and so on)

2013 for me came with so many ups and a good handful of downs. I can honestly say though, without everything that happened I wouldn't be the person I am today. Each day I'm realizing new things, understanding whats important to me and whats not, who actually deserves to be in my life and who doesn't and most importantly I'm finally starting to figure who I want to be and my own self worth.

So this new year, I decide I shouldn't make any cazy resolutions, but instead just add things to my already growing "daily life" sorta list.
- stay healthy and realize going to the gym is not a demand but yet a lifestyle
- detach from my phone
- not make social media my life
- find real/true people who can only better your life
- don't care what everyone else thinks or says about what YOU do
- don't be so hard on yourself
- everything will work out the way it's supposed to workout
-Be happy. Because if you're not happy with yourself, who can be happy for you?

I'm ready for this New Year. I don't want it to be "just another year" though. I think it's time to ditch the "I'm sorry for myself" attitude and just be positive and go after my crazy dreams.

Because at this point...what do I have to lose? Answer: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Do something adventurous this year. Think outside the box. Don't be afraid. Oh and most importantly,
Don't Forget Your Smile.

HAVE A HOLLY JOLLY CHRISTMAS

Heyo Ereyone !

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas...(or whatever you personally celebrate) !
Christmas to me is my favorite time of year because I get to spend time with the good ole fam. What else could I ask for? On christmas day Santa was way to good to me, and yes, I still refer to him as Santa...he is real. :) OMG. Big news. I got ELEPHANT THEMED PAJAMAS. It was a magical time. But besides all the presents I also feel like I gained 2382083343 pounds. Oh boy did I eat. I enjoy food, like a lot, so obviously I stuffed my face like there was no tomorrow. Also while eating, I jammed out to my favorite Christmas song ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS YOU. If you don't like this song...don't even talk to me. Mariah makes me feel alive and this song just brings out the christmas spirit within me.

So now...onto new years and figuring out what I'm doing/ my new years resolution. Which both of them I have not a clue. Go me. But here are some pictures from christmas eve/day with the fam bam!

Celtics Baby!

Hello Hello!

I know i haven't posted in awhile...my bad...my bad.

But I m finally home so thumbs up for that exciting news. I haven't been doing anything tooo exciting though..you'll come to realize my life is pretty average which isn't bad by any means, but I wouldn't mind  switch up of excitement here and there.

I did however go to a celtics game at the Garden and it was actually a good game! Celtics lost by 1 though. Such an upset. I can't say I'm a die hard celtics fan, but basketball is my favorite sport so I do enjoy watching them play and hey who wouldn't want to head over to Boston and watch a game live at the Garden. If you just raised your hand...I'm judging.  My dad got us some pretty clutch seats too. We were 11 rows up from half court. Magical, i know.

We even got on the jumbo tron a few times so GO US. Overall a lovely welcome home present.

Don't forget your smile.

First Semester, Check.

HELLO.

I truly  cannot believe my first semester of college is done. It feels like yesterday I was applying to college...and now it's almost second semester? Time is flying by way to quickly. At first, I wasn't loving it here. I felt like everything was going downhill and it was only the 1st week of school. I new I had to stick it out, I couldn't give up before I truly gave it a chance. I'm so glad I stayed because Assumption is now my home away from home.  Now that I think about it, without all those experiences I went through, my time here wouldn't of been the same. I ended up growing as a person and learned so much. I ended up meeting the most amazing people and don't know what I'd do without them. My favorite people here the "bebe's"( as we're referred to) are my saving graces. All 5 of them brighten my day and keep me sane. We may be the weirdest group of girls out there, but hey I rather be weird than just like the rest. I LOVE YOU GALS. Bebes or death:) It's sad knowing I'll be away from everyone for a good month, but I know it will go by quick and at this point I think we all need some quality time at home. AND I AM SO EXCITED TO GO HOME. But to everyone here at assumption and especially DES, thank you for all the crazy memories..we've certainly been through a lot, there was never a dull moment here N.E.V.E.R and I can't wait to make some more crazy memories next semester. Have a wonderful vacation, merry Christmas, and a happy new year!

Here's some pictures throughout the semester I thought I'd put on this blog because there was just to many to make into a collage anywhere else.
